Semiconductor business

Fuyouda focuses on the four key process sections of dicing, wafer filling, bonding, and AOI in the packaging and testing process. In 2024, new orders signed by Fuyouda exceeded the 100 million yuan mark. Its core product, the bonding machine, has repeatedly received repeat purchases from leading customers in the industry.
